At first i really didn't want to watch this movie. I thought i was going to be corny just like all the other.the defect from the curse will be gone once you find yur true love. but it wasn't like that all.it was about ones acceptance. Penelope was raised to despise he pig nose.she stayed locked up in the house for 15 years of her life.Until she met Jack (i think that was his name played by james mc avoy aka mc dreamy he was the only one that didnt run.She thought he was the one she begged him and said he could cure her and she wouldn't be ugly anymore.but he couldnt because he wasn't her kind he wasnt wealthy. so he ran ashmed that he couldn't give her what she wanted.well as the plot continues she ends up gettin so close to gettin married to a total jackass.but she doesn't because she then realizes that she is fine the way she is. it doesn't matter what she looks like or what other people think of her but it who she is on the inside and how she feels about herself.She realizes that only she has the power to change her nose. Its honestly a really good movie.
